While watching an episode of Ugly Betty last night that we had Moxied on Thursday night, I happened to have the following thought: Shouldn't Betty be dressing better by now? I mean, I know dressing horribly is part of her character, but she's been working at a FASHION magazine for two years now. It seems like she would have either 1) learned on her own what was fashionable or 2) been taken aside by someone who would give her a crash course in fashion. Right?
She will still be 'Ugly Betty' if she starts dressing better because it's not like her values or personality will change based on clothing. And then her ensembles won't make my eyes bleed.
See? Everybody wins. *grin*
