I have the theme song to Spongebob Squarepants in my head right now and it won't get out. Can someone please kill me now? Or maybe...just get another song in my head. A less annoying one, preferably.

So, Easter Weekend.
No one died!!! That's a good thing. Of course, we still have a few more days until the end of March, but I'm hopeful that no one will die.
Hooray!
You know what? I have never felt more intelligent in comparison to other people than I did on Friday night.
TheChild and TheMister were outside starting the grill.
(Can anyone sense where this is going?)
He turned on the gas and told her to push the button.
She did.
Nothing.
She pushed it again.
Nothing.
He bent down to do something, and she hit the button again.
This time it worked. Flames shot out of the grill over TheChild's head and arced up to get part of my husband's hair.
Of course, when he told me what happened, I laughed. Then I took pictures.
TheChild's hair How gorgeous are her eyes?
TheMister's hair Sorry it's a bit blurry.
I asked him, “If her mom got upset when you trimmed her bangs a couple years ago, what do you think she'd say about you being party to her setting her hair ON FIRE??”
It ended up being fine. No one was hurt. And now TheChild will have a fine, very personal example of why she should stay away from fire and ovens and other hot things. (Right, honey?)

Saturday we got to spend time with my parents and sisters and brother-in-law and future BIL and my niece and nephew. They're all so stinkin' cute. And my niece and nephew play really well with TheChild, which makes sense, considering my nephew is 1 month and 2 days older than TheChild.
Yup.
We dropped TheChild off at my in-laws' that night so my mother-in-law could spend the necessary hours and hours getting TheChild into her church finery. I mean, when you have to decide WHICH of the three or so dresses you've bought for the one day to put her in, it takes longer to get ready.
Why can I not remember more from Saturday?
Oh, it's probably because Sunday is at the forefront of my mind this week.
JEEZ.
It was an exercise in patience, let me tell you...
