I noticed while looking at my stats this morning that a few members of a certain message board I used to belong to came here through a post on that board. I left that board due to life being too short to have anonymous bored women on a message board being rude to various other people in order to feel better about themselves.
That bothers me. Now I feel like my safe space (here) is no longer safe. I'm torn between wanting to start censoring myself, to go back to only being half honest out of fear of what people will think of me, and just saying "Screw it!" and continuing to work on my honesty. This sucks.
I think I'm going to go the "Screw it" route...
So, whoever came here from that board through the IP address webmail.itape.com (through Intertape Polymer Group)...HELLO! *waving*

So, in further shower escapades, I got hurt again in the shower this morning.
But, this time...IT WASN'T ME who did it!
I showed my husband that more and more tiles on the back wall of the shower are becoming loose, and for some odd reason he decided to push on them to get them to stick again (or something). They reacted like someone had dentonated some C4 underneath them. Tiles shattered, raining down around us, and a quite sharp piece ended up nicking my left ankle. OUCH. I think one got the bottom of my right big toe as well, but didn't look too closely at it. Showering with a tub floor covered with sharp things is FUN!
He said, "Well, I think I'll be looking at tub surrounds this weekend!"
You know you want a bathroom that's as ghetto as ours. You know it. Peeling paint and tile jumping right off walls is a sign of excellent workmanship. Damn straight!

Meh. I'd better finish my cup of coffee and get back to work on the three other things The Bitch From Hell wants me to work on today. 'Cause Lawd knows I don't have my own work to do!
AT LEAST IT'S THURSDAY.
Oh wait. That doesn't mean much when I know I'm coming in on Saturday too. Eh. Oh well...
