Weird Dreams and Joy

*ahem*

Excuse me a moment, please.

*starts doing a happy dance, including the Roger Rabbit, the running man, and some general ass shaking*

And...I'm...back. I'm sorry. I'm just beside myself with happiness today. My stupid office manager (aka "The Bitch From Hell") is out of the office for the rest of the week. Praise the Sweet Lord! We are SAVED!

I was actually excited to come into work this morning. How sad is that?

The main reason I hate my job is because of her. The rest of the people, the work, and the money, I don't mind. It's just her idiocy and how she treats everyone here like we're the "slow" kids in the preschool class. Grrrr....

Okay. Happy thoughts. She's gone. Fields of daisies. Okay...

I must remember to look online today to see if night sweats are one of the side effects of Paxil. Every time I have a somewhat stressful dream (pretty much every other night lately) I wake up drenched in sweat, and I have to keep moving over to find a dry spot in the bed so I don't freeze to death. It pretty much sucks. That, and the fact that I feel like waking up and taking a shower every half hour because I feel so gross. Blech.

My dream last night? Wow. Just...wow. What a strange one. Here are some highlights:

-I could fly. I generally love flying dreams, but in this one I would fly to get away from people who were trying to kill me. That sort of ruins it.

-I was in a class type thing. Certain people in my class had actually been replaced by robots who looked like the people, or cyborgs. They wanted to kill me. This was not good.

-There was also a dog who wanted to kill me. Weird.

-I distinctly knew I had been in this situation before/dreamed it before. Therefore, I knew what I had to do in order to kill the things I needed to kill.

-It was hard to kill the bad things when they were watching you all the time. At one point I made a contraption involving a lighter, and some sort of thing to shoot the fire out of the device. I used it to kill the dog.

-I beheaded some of the robots/people.

All in all? It was a very strange dream that I don't think has any root in anything I was doing before bed. It was just weird. And I have a feeling it will be joining my Strange Dream Rotation, and I'll be having it again. Goody.
